Anxiety is a very common disease in the world and every third person around the world suffers from it. The other names of anxiety are depression, stress, tension, etc. In fact anxiety is experienced several times by every individual during different stages of their lives. However, the level of anxiety in people varies and not everyone experience the same level of anxiety.
The feeling you get when you are suffering from anxiety is very intense. Most people lose self control and do things that they regret later. The daily chores left us with no time to spend on our spiritual uplifting, which is really necessary for us to survive contentedly in this world. if anything goes wrong or out of order then we suffer from anxiety.
There can be numerous reasons behind anxiety problem the most common one is the financial problem. If you have lost your job then you worry about the various bills and pending payments that you have to get rid of. If you acquire help through a loan then you will have to pay double amount due to the heavy interest charged on it. Personal problems like losing a loved one or breakage of a relation can also cause stress. The fear that what you will do in future and the fact that you cannot change anything or go back in time gives you depression and you feel really hopeless.
The good news is that anxiety can be cured and it is not at all difficult to come out of anxiety. With the passage of time, there are various methods discovered through which you can get rid of anxiety and they are really simple. When you get the attack your brain sends that message to your body that you need more oxygen so you should drink water or breathe deeply. If that does not work then you should start doing yoga because it really helps in relaxing your heart and mind. The best thing about yoga is that it revives your spirit. You start to respond to things the way you should.
Anxiety from the inside of your body and not from the environment, if your body is functioning properly then there are very less chances that you will get the attacks. Therefore, you should maintain a healthy lifestyle that is full of nutritious food and no fatty or sweet dishes. Alcoholism and smoking are other major reasons of anxiety. There are several medications present to get relief from anxiety but most of them have side effects so it is better that you should not opt for them. Instead, opt for the natural ways to relief anxiety like eating the right food and doing the right amount of exercise if you go under depression a lot of times in a year.
